Description
Oops all armor? Have your stacks of Empowered Psionics from wherever. Use Trauma to soften and stagger the armor pack when they're coming at you. While they're recovering, Brain Burst one to kill it, spread fire, and refund your Empowered Psionics stack. Continue to headpop and kill everything. Dueling sword is there to kill muties and dodge overheads. Bubble seems weird but is incredibly handy to deal with specials (esp. fire sources) because, hey, it's not all armor out there. Also, it has damage reduction that can save someone from an overhead if you're a timing god.
You could also use Kinetic Presence over Seer's Presence. I just feel that Seer's is a better teamwide buff.
