Boss killer is Las Pistol - Remember to Ult to get extra shooting speed.

 

With this build you can get up to melee 80% crit with all your buffs.  Alternatively, you can run Rampage Blessing instead of Shred. But I felt like Shred helps out with get Blazing Piety back asap. Not only that Shred will almost ensure your attacks proc "Perfect Strike".

 

Melee Crit Breakdown:

4%-20% (Shred Blessing)

25% (Blazing Piety - Talent Tree)

30% (Scourge - Talent Tree)

 

 

Range Crit can be up to 50%.
