Well, here we are!

Here is my version of the "perfect" build for lightning bolts. A clear Dps/Hordes/Permanent Stun/support/the heretic's nightmare... Let them be afraid of you like an Ogryn under their bed!

Everything is possible with a ranged weapon, as long as it is good at anti-elite.

Increased Psyche has a 7.5% proc chance on a blitz elimination, so it should be used on fairly large hordes. Elite targets also necessarily bring a stack, for a maximum of 3. These will be stunned and cleared quite quickly, which makes the game very easy when you have a good team. The build is very consistent in T5+/Auric, without any worries (another good way to contribute to the team without sweating the mouse).

To summarize, with three stacks (which often happens casually), you have: +375% damage/+150% distribution between enemies.

When there are two of you playing it (isn't that right Eleaff ?), the result is just stupidly funny!

Have fun :D
