Description
This build is designed for Frag Grenade use and for avoiding the bug with Exhilarating Takedown. This variant can be adjusted for literally any weapon in the game and realistically works with everything and anything.
Best choices however are the Plasma Gun & Revolver for dealing with heavily armored targets easily!
