You could swap the extra stamina for a wound it's not 100% but does help out with running and pushing
This set up is mostly popping the heads of all elites specialist and anything with a gun can work against bosses but the other classes have way better damage against them the staff is to help with anything really close and the sword for dodging backwards and such.
You one shot most things with brain burst besides crusher mutant bulworks which all take 2 full charge and of course bosses when you reach max peril you should hit you ability button and (of course when there enemies in front of you) and it will go back down to 50% with warp siphon give you around a quarter of it back with 4 siphon you can keep brainburst or your staff going for a good while can be used in T5 but I haven't tried it yet because of my other build I use to be a full on support which I suggest checking out.
Another thing you can do with your ability is when you are about to explode from to much peril if you hit it it saves you so if your about to accidentally kill yourself use the ability and save you and a wound
