Use surge to build peril (zap elites to proc combustion stacks), shriek at a horde at high peril, do more zapping to build again, swap to sword and hit the odd stray with warp attacks and watch the horde die in swathes as perfect timing, unstable power, a few slaughterer stacks and +infested makes wildfire kill poxwalkers.

shotgunners and gunners need a touch of help with perilous but groups will die at 9 stacks of burn.
