10% Critical Chance for every 0.3-0.45 second while aiming. Stacks 10 times. Discharges all stacks upon firing.
My favorite build, sooo much toughness regen for you and the team.
A few tips:
-Redirect Fire refresh when a marked enemy die even if you have only have 1 charge, so you can keep the 8 charges for long time
-Gloryhunter + Confirmed kill + Target Down it's A LOT of toughness heal and you have Voice of Command on top of that.... Sooo much heal xD
-On bosses you can mark it and wait to have 8 charges and mark it again, you don't miss Krak Grenade with so much bonus dmg
