This build is designed to uplift the team with lots of damage bonuses, anti-shooter coverage with smokes, and utilizing Shout for toughness generation. I didn't take revive Shout because it's not good and is antithetical to the purpose of the Shout being a toughness generator—same issue with Kruber's talent in VT2. If you want to be the revive person, then taking 'Leave No One Behind' is the better choice, always.

Taking 'Focus Target!' and fully modifying it guarantees you're always generating +12% damage for the whole party, and constantly generating +10-20% toughness and stamina per marked kill. DO NOT WAIT FOR MAX STACKS. You want to be constantly marking targets to upkeep 'Redirect Fire!' as the stacks add onto each other per kill to your maximum stack size (5 or 8). You also want all of that toughness being generated for you and your team nonstop.

The purpose of this build is not to do as much personal DPS as possible, but to make sure everyone is getting fat bonuses from your kit, either through healing and toughness generation or lots of bonus damage.

The Mk6 Power Sword lets you deal with Crushers, Maulers, and Ragers effortlessly, the former especially with the Push Attack > Light Followup combo. The Mk8 Braced Autogun allows you to efficiently horde-clear and clear out waves of Specialists safely.
