This is a heavily melee-focused build with a solid mixture of attack speed, momentum, and toughness generation. Your goal is to be in a scrap all the time, constantly, and helping your team push on enemies without worrying too much about your own survivability.

Some cornerstones of this build include Second Wind; Enemies Within, Enemies Without; Fury of the Faithful; Holy Revenant; and Sunstorm Grenade. These are your essential bread and butter to make sure that you stay alive and that you can do lots of damage without having to worry about your survivability, especially when teammates may not be nearby to help.

Sunstorm Grenades guarantee you can close in on ranged enemies like Gunners without too much of a fuss, and as a helpful support aid for you or your team in bad situations. As you're already melee-centric, I don't find Immolation Grenade to be very helpful.

We take Inexorable Judgment because of the bonus attack speed. With everything in play, you should be pushing a whopping +50% attack speed in combat. This can make using a slower, powerful weapons like the Eviscerator feel really good.

The Eviscerator is a really strong and well-rounded weapon to use with this build. Its cleave capability makes horde clearing a breeze, and the special action can deal with most all threats when dueling, or dealing tons of damage to Monstrosities with Bloodletter stacking tick damage if you decide to take it. This blessing can also help with hitting breakpoints on some Elites, but otherwise I recommend taking Savage Sweep or even Perfect Strike.

While there is no set ranged weapon for this build, anti-armor is definitely lacking in this build. The Bolter is usually not my first pick, but its strong burst capability with Inexorable Judgment and Shattering Impact helps it deal with Crushers, Bulwarks, and Monstrosities effectively and quickly. This is not a recommended weapon if you want to be using a ranged weapon often, however.
