This build is a reworked version of the Assail Psyker build, designed to assist Psykers in maintaining a 75% win-rate even after the cooldown of Assail was heavily nerfed (in Patch #15). This combination brings support and offensive power to a new level by sacrificing the ability to CC opponents (in favour of heavier offensive power).
