This build is designed for CC & as much DPS as you can with a more minimal reliance on crits ever since the Smite and Surge bug were fixed in Patch #16.
The Combat Ability is used to vent and also help to clear hordes in Auric Damnation and Maelstrom runs. It is highly effective when used together with smite to hold them all in place. ABUSE IT WELL!
