Hitting at least 3 enemies with an attack, increases your damage by 24-36% for 3 seconds.
+5-8% Strength for every shot fired during continuous fire. Stacks 5 times.
Target receives 1-4 Stacks of 2.5% Brittleness on direct projectile hit. Debuff lasts for 5 seconds and can have a maximum of 16 stacks.
You can feel safe to fully charge plasma and not worry with this build. You can Ult while you are charging plasma and not lose the charge.
Fast Reload, tons of toughness rep.
I like the Cata swords for the parry since this is a survivability build, but feel free to use what is comfortable for you.
Still a work in progress but is very balanced as is.
