Combat blade has a hidden +20% dmg heavy attacks from rear

Hold down heavy attacks to move faster (lunge attacks)

Horde: All light attacks

Elites/Specials/Boses:

   rapid Push Attacks (make sure timing is correct)

   weave in occasional light attacks to maintain bleed stacks

   When attacking enemy ogryns from rear, still aim high for the head. some attacks can still reach weak spots
