Inferno quickly rose from the bottom to the top due to the sheer density of damage Havoc unleashes on you, and the stagger effect is phenomenal!
You can choose either Smite or Brain Burst, but unfortunately, Assail isn’t an option. Make sure to grab Psykinetic's Aura.
Bubble is also an amazing ability to have. Below, we spec for Warp Charges that replenish Toughness, reducing the cooldown on Bubble and keeping you alive longer. I used this build to easily clear Havoc 40 multiple times.
