7.5-15% Weak Spot Damage. Weakspot Kills also ignore Enemy Hit Mass.
Critical hit chance scales by your current heat level up to 27.5-50%. Also increases critical ranged attacks damage by 4-10%.
17.5-25% Toughness on Elite Kill.
build focuses around voice of command and switching between weapons. with around 45% extra weakspot damage and the powerswords horizontal heavy attacks, you can wipe out hordes in literally 3 swings (depending on horde size). weapon specialist reloads the plasma gun while you switch between ranged and melee, regaining toughness and getting some mad decent boosts. you could also get agile engagement but i prefer the other keystones i would have to sacrifice for it. tactical awareness is a busted ability so use voice of command on cooldown pretty much. ive gotten it back within seconds before. you have plenty of toughness regen, damage, and support. this has quickly become my favorite build. emperor forgive me but i may like it more then my ogryn main.
