Have you ever wanted to be like a gutter runner but you just don't want to be a rat? Well this build captures the feeling of running around and stabbing everyone you see as a gutter runner but you stay as a human! Note that the ranged weapon and the curios can be changed around a bit to your own preference but i just enjoy this build the most. Hope you can have as good of a time with this build as i have!
