+7.5-15% Weak Spot Damage. Weakspot Kills also ignore Enemy Hit Mass.
+3.5-5% Strength for 3.5s on Hit. Stacks 5 times.
+30-60% Rending on Critical Hit.
+10% Critical Chance for every 0.3-0.45 second while aiming. Stacks 10 times. Discharges all stacks upon firing.
This build often feels more capable in melee than zealot, as veteran's damage boosts (30% weakspot + 25% finesse + 25% damage when agile engagement is up) allows a well-rolled rashad to kill most everything in one hit, making it a cleaving nightmare when combined with Weapon Specialist.
Quickswap to revolver and shoot a special / into a horde to keep up the damage, attack speed and dodge boosts in melee.
You have an answer to everything and feel fairly tanky. Revolver sniping specials/disablers and distant targets, rashad axe melting whatever comes up close.
Krak grenades help with bosses and crusher patrols, but you can 2-tap crushers with crit headshots with the revolver too. Shout can open up bulwark shields where the rashad can kill them with fast heavies.
Sidenote: be sure to use light attacks and not heavies vs dreg ragers/mutants because those do more damage to them than heavies for some reason.
Shout early and often to protect yourself and your team as the cooldown is minimal with how many specialists spawn on the highest difficulties.
Your only real downside is sustained boss damage, though you have good spike damage to them and rashad/revolver crits are not all that bad into them either - you just will not melt them as quickly as others can.
This is my favorite vet build, bar none!
