Description
Inspired by that other guide that claimed to have the best build in the game, I present to you:
The best and most fun build in the game (if you're a schizo)
This build has
- SPEED: if you know how to speed with the knife, which isn't too difficult
- CRITS: as guaranteed by riposte and scourge
- SURVIVABILITY: thanks to your F, the until death talent, the +500% health you get from curios, the semi-permanent +50% toughness resistance and +25% dmg resistance, the nigh infinite toughness regen from retributor's stance, your F and the trash mobs you kill, the ridiculous amount of dodge charges + distance on the knife
- HORDE CLEAR: ok it's not the number one at it but the new knife's moveset gets the job done really quickly as long as you keep dodging to feed your crit chance
- CARAPACE PIERCING: as long as you feed uncanny strike with headshots, which you should be doing even without the perk
- BOSS MELTING: from the CRITS and purge the unclean + the 25% unyielding on the blade
- SPECIAL SNIPING: a true follower of the emperor would only use the blade in all circumstances but the revolver one taps every special in the head so that's useful if there's a horde separating you and that pesky sniper or trapper. If there isn't, you have your SPEED to close in on that mfer.
- A GIMMICK: your throwing knifes get the rending bonus from your blade's uncanny strike, so you can smack 5 fellas in the head then throw 3 or 4 dinky knives into a crusher's head from a mile away and kill him lol. Immolation nade would be better than knives tbh but we can't afford it and it makes little to no difference anyway
- CLUTCH POTENTIAL: you clear things so fast with this build that your teammates don't even have time to die but in the rare instance when you've run off too far like the good knife zealot that you are and left them to die (i'm proud of you), clutching is laughably easy since rezzing in the middle of a horde is trivialized thanks to your F.
- CONSISTENCY: the only games I have lost with this build are the ones where I got netted or dogged or yeeted off the map by accident. as long as your reflexes are sharp and your brain is smooth, you cannot lose.
- FUN: you get so much dopamine from killing and moving so fast it's insane
