With this build, you aim for crits to do devastating damage. It focuses on the surge staff to not only stun specials and elites, but also to support your team in clearing hordes by exploding several trash mobs per salvo. Your priority however are hard-hitting targets like maulers, crushers and ragers. Stun them to watch their silly little dance and give your team breathing room. Your crits might even take them out immediately. Focus on other specials and elites next. With the right timing, you can charge your surge attack and quell when most enemies are stunned. Stay on your toes though and use the dueling sword's dodge to quickly get out of range, if need be. The dueling sword is also good to keep a horde at bay when you don't have an opportunity to quell. And don't forget to brain burst those pesky snipers. Use the bubble when you're facing off against lots of ranged enemies and to quickly replenish your team's toughness.
This build falls a bit flat against monsters, however. Instead, you preferably use your skills to manage the horde, so your team can go for the kill.
