Any action will take you out of stealth so be weary of that. Reviving a teammate will take you out of stealth, but not until the revive is complete. the 8 seconds base will feel like a lifetime, so use it to get off that clutch res, drop aggro, get back to the pesky sniper/flamer, or complete an objective. And use the grenades often. you will get a lot.
