Description
Got bored of playing plasma vet. This build is fairly active since it wants to proc Weapons Specialist regularly so you're in the thick of combat mostly.
This build excels in using both weapons to melee heretics down. The general idea is to utilize the bayonet stab for non-carapace and the chain axe special w/ Bloodletter for carapace types. You'll also have krak grenades for extra carapace utility if there's a blob of them.
Defense-wise, this build is all about proccing On Your Toes regularly for an instant 20% toughness. This is possible because the Helbore bayonet stab also procs Ranged Specialist. Switching between your two weapons means you should also always be able to leverage Iron Will to get more mileage out of your toughness.
Additionally, you'll still have good ranged because the Helbore is still a ranged powerhouse. The iron sights take some getting used to, but with experience (or a certain mod) it becomes trivial.
Third perk slots on curios are whatever you want/need. I run gunner resistance because fuck em.
