Very Work in Progress (WIP).

The idea is to use "Target Down" to recover a percentage stamina on enemy Specials and Elites killed, and then use that stamina to fuel Deadshot with an automatic weapon. Short bursts are very much recommended.
Multiple sources of extra stamina raise the maximum so each kill recovers more. It's probably still a questionable use of Deadshot - a Mk3 Headhunter would also be a weapon option.
Instead of a Shovel - the defensive option - a knife could also be used, turning the excessive stamina into extra mobility.

I'll test this eventually; I have my doubts it'll work as envisioned.
