This build give you quite a lot of flexibility in combat, and has virtually no weaknesses provided you are capable of dodging overheads and instakill mechanics. Yes it does not take Until Death. No, you don't need it.Perfect Strike is not fully detailed with the in-game description. It also has a hidden modifier to provide you with a .25x enemy hitmass modifier for the duration of the buff. This is equivalent to having 300% cleave every time you crit. You won't be needing additional cleave with this modifier. On top of the extra cleave, you also will not have your attack halted by Carapace or a Bulwark shield. Meaning you can just go ham on armor and build shred stacks until you're cleaving through it.Ragers are stunned by Evis light attacks, so they are mostly a non-factor. If they manage to begin swinging, you'll have to use stealth to reset their animation and begin chain stunning them. I recommend HEAVY qq cancelling for the 1st attack light.Boltgun is mostly an afterthought, but can provide flexibility when there really are just too many Crushers about. Additionally, it can debuff monstrosity armor so you can rev H1 for massive damage.Talent Choices:Loner - Yeah, it's a selfish talent. But lets be real, you're already playing Zealot. The reason you want to pick this up isn't because of its displayed bonuses. It's because 'being in coherency' also prevents the AI Director from choosing you as a valid target for Specialist harrassment groups. You will NEVER be chosen to be attacked by a solo dog or trapper/flamer combo if you have this talent.Shroudfield - Inherently, this isn't any better really than Chastise. However, there are two things that kind of push it above Chastise for good players. One is just clutching, in general being able to pick up a teammate safetly or do an objective unharmed is fantastic. Two is the way it applies DR and Toughness Regen. If a Zealot can't keep his toughness up he's taking chip damage and eventually dying. By spreading the toughness regen over a period of 5s you'll tend to waste less of the overall benefit. Not to mention it has DR built in. minus points for having more lame voicelines than Chastise though.Blazing Piety - Why only get one point? Well, that single point gave me 15 crit. Why would I spend 2 more on a measly 10? You might be tempted to argue that stacks on crit is good but in Aurics it's mostly a wash -- you'll have this buff up 99.9% of the time regardless. By taking 2 points from here you can invest them in Disdain (average of 12.5% dmg increase, more likely in hordes) and Faithful Frenzy (10% attack speed) instead.
