This build is all about insane damage it feels so overpowered. Scrier's Gaze ult and Disrupt Destiney keystone is why the damage is so nuts, we are talking Beast of Nurgle in 1 clip strong. You have probably the fastest movement speed in the game with Mettle perk, Warp Speed Perk and Disrupt Destiny making you faster then a blade Zelot. Seer's Presence aura for everyone's ult's, Brainburst for Bullwark's and pesky sniper's 1000 miles away. Kinetic Defection perk and 3 block efficiency on curio's for blocking anything even an unlockable Crusher overhead!
