The build is made for the PSYKER not through an automatic, but through some kind of sorcery. Specifically, lightning strikes, enhanced by 200% damage under the psychokinetic aura, are now received. We stack specifically on ally kills, don't spare the ult - it's for reducing overheating speed + applying burning. Play around with it and you'll understand. We need a revolver for quickly eliminating specialists if necessary, but you can also calmly kill with lightning. As for amulets: we take talents exactly for all 3, but as for HP/Wounds/Endurance - it's your choice, but the advice is exactly as I have.
You can also use Staff #3 with talents Rending Shockwave + Warp Flurry instead of the revolver - the modifier does not matter, we need the staff exclusively to apply debuffs on bosses so that they are hit more quickly.
P.S If you need more damage and are able to quickly kill with firearms/melee, then we remove lightning storm and warp expenditure, and take two talents to the right of smite, we take "Malefix Momentum
