Talents

Description

With the recent buffs to Burst Limiter Override, being a Gunlugger Ogryn became even better.

 

"Big Boom" and "Good Shootin'" talents are completely optional and you can reallocate those points somewhere else. Maybe get Lynchpin? Maybe have Get Stuck In and Bruiser? Or maybe you'd want to bring Shield+Mauler for melee and take The Best Defence talent? It's up for you to decide.

 

Try to save Combat Stimms (coloured Red) against Monstrosities or Bosses as you are guaranteed to absolutely shred through them with your Point-Blank Barrage. Stimm yourself, activate the Point-Blank Barrage, and with the help of Bullet Bravado you can literally ignore everything else and just pump all your bullets into the Boss/Monster without worrying about your Toughness suddenly breaking (just make sure to keep your distance from Beast of Nurgle so you don't get swallowed up).

 

In terms of weakness, you're not self-sufficient against a sea of Crushers, which the AI director likes to toss against players every now and then. You can't snipe very well, but that's pretty much just an Ogryn problem, but this is compounded by the fact that you do not have Big Friendly Rock with this build (gasp!).
