Divider

A build for when you need to do ranged kills contract on Zealot. Your teammates` kills count of course, but this way you can make it go a bit faster. Shoot all the relevant bruisers and shooters, elites and specials. Use grenade for bulwarks packs, otherwise dodge and flank them. Gotta knife the crushers. FtF is just for damage burst on relevant targets and toughness regen. Can also shoot the horde depending on ammo availability. Far away targets are a weak spot, you can try to suppress and close distance or shoot them when Dance of Death procs. Monstrosities you can shoot or melee depending on what's convenient and if you have enough ammo. Can switch fire nade to knife for distant targets and ammo economy.
 

Agripinaa Mk VIII Braced Autogun gives you enough ammo to keep shooting everything and is the only braced autogun that cleaves 2 basic grunts by default.
Most perks and blessings can work, but the ones above are some of the best.
Combat Blade is a versatile instrument, but anything that can deal with Crushers will do.
 

Zealot has limited synergies with ranged weapons, talents that do help with this build:
The Voice of Terra, Second Wind, Until Death for a bit of survivability under pressure.
Dance of Death is surprisingly effective for this one, giving you bursts of high accuracy with the otherwise quite inaccurate braced autogun. Note that this does not proc from Gunners, Reapers and Snipers, so you need to dodge something else than the sniper shot if your need the accuracy to take the sniper out.
Thy Wrath be Swift is just too good in general.
Fury of the Faithful works good enough with both melee and ranged and toughness boost is nice too. Cancel the dash with a dodge if you don't want to go closer.
Inexorable Judgement is the best keystone for braced autogun as it has a bad crit multiplier and Martyrdom is more about melee.
