-8.5--5.5% Charge Time on Chained Secondary Attack. Stacks 3 times.
Gain between 3.5-5% and 14-20% Critical Chance based on current level of peril.
This is one of my first solid builds I made I’m just now putting it on here. Use surge to kill specials/elites to proc soul blaze then use shriek to annihilate the horde so you can focus on killing elites, that the whole role of this build. Assail can be used to help horde clear with your melee but don’t spam it, save it for gunners and snipers. That’s pretty much it enjoy the build. Happy purging siblings
