Run around like an idiot weak spot cleaving things with the axe. Light attack will plow through flak armored specials and elites, aim for heads and watch Brutal Momentum shine. Heavy attack overhead strike down carapace enemies and monster heads.
Use the Flamer against packs of Crushers/Bulwarks/Maulers (and other elite packs of your choosing) and to clear the horde. The axe is good horde clear, but the flamer will kill everything smaller than a monstrosity if you hold the button down.
When you get down to around 2 wounds, Martyrdom really starts to shine. Huge damage and attack speed boost, toughness damage reduction and Until Death for survival.
