This build is probably fairly explanatory. A few things however might not be. The dagger is there for extra spread dot spread on horde, the mark VI does a good job of horde clear/spread on regular swings while still killing armoured well push/slap/power attacks. Most people hate haymaker and they would be right to for the most part except where Psyker is concerned. Haymaker carries over beyond melee.
When you are at full stacks switching to surge staff and secondary spamming in between melee or smite quick charging into a horde at high peril and then shrike soul blaze blasting will pretty much insta gib entire mixed groups because of it. The blessing is very incorrectly described and affects everything not just power attacks. Soul Blaze + Bleed in a group situations causes a lot of anti pressure, surge staff + bleed handles monsters well enough as well making this one of the best all rounder builds for Psyker.
