First of all, your main goal is to debuff the mobs, not to buff your allies or to kill everything yourself. While you have some buffs, they are an afterthought. You can also solo any combination of mobs, but your main goal (as long as your allies are alive and not dum-dum) is different.
How exactly do you debuff mobs? Literally just by shooting at them via Onslaught and Infernus/suppressing them. You are an absolute bane to the monstrosities and can be useful just by spraying at the pack of elites. Keep in mind that Brittleness increases bleed damage by A LOT, so don't forget about your bleed nades.
Do not spray at Crushers tho. If possible, just oneshot them with a shovel.

Perk swaps.
Shovel: No perk swaps. You need at least t3 elites damage and at least t4 carapace to oneshot Crushers and Maulers. Also, keep in mind that you need at least 70%+ First Targed and Penetration stats.
Recon las: No perk swaps. Unyielding damage is the only type of damage that you need, alltho you can make some of use off the Flak or Maniac damage, or CD.
Curios: No reason to swap anything.

Blessing swaps.
Shovel: You can swap Deci into Skullcrusher, but this won't result in the increase of your DPS, only the DPS of your allies. And your hoard clear is already not that good. The only viable swap is Deci > Take a swing. Your main way to deal with the hoard is Push attack>L>L>L>repeat, so you can benefit a lot from this blessing (it can also reduce your Crusher kill breakpoint by a bit). Do NOT use an un can nee strike, it's a bad blessing in general, and literally useless on a shovel.
Recon las: HH into DumDum - just gives you more stable DMG and less crit procs. HH into Stripped Down - gives you interaction with the DnD node, if you are used to have it in your build.

Tree.
There are many good support nodes for you to take, but you are low on points, so you'll have to abandon them.
But. You can swap the DMG boost for the Born Leader or Suppression boost.
Also, Competitive Urge>Bring it down for Auric Maelstroms, just keep in mind that you are kinda ruining your Crusher oneshot breakpoint by taking it.
Demo team instead of an Iron will can be a good choice, especially since it lets you take Field Improv instead of the nade regen.
Target Down! is good, but how are you gonna take it without any free points? Well, I guess you can swap the DMG buff for it, if you want.

Weapons.
Shovel is a king. You can use the MK3 one too, it has a way better horde clear, but a slower special attack. Blessings/Perks are the same, alltho take a swing isn't a very good option. You can also use almost any other melee weapon, but the notable ones are; Mk3 maul, Devil's Claw Swords, Power Swords, Chainswords, Knives. CAxe also can be used, but you'll need to go thru hell with the breakpoints sniping, watch Reginald's video on them if you wanna to use one.
Green recon is the best. Do not use the blue one, you'll only grief the game by eating most of the ammo drops. Brown one is alright.
