+3.5-5% Strength for 3.5s on Hit. Stacks 5 times.
+7.5-15% Weak Spot Damage. Weakspot Kills also ignore Enemy Hit Mass.

Ranged hits add 1-4 stacks of bleed to enemies.
The TAxe is one of the worst weapon varieties in the game. It does very little damage and has an absolutely outdated damage profile. If you check the armor penetration/damage data on the TAxes, you'll notice this strange phenomenon - the TAxes do less damage on heavy hits than light hits on armor. If you go into the training mode on damnation, you'll notice this. However, a significant portion of this damage penetrates armor however, moreso than the light attacks. Due to the light attacks having higher damage against armor, the armor penetration factor doesn't help the heavies in their damage numbers though since they still do less damage than a light against armor.
With the swing speed being absolutely stupid, Brutal Momentum on the lights is a must (as it is with all axes). Sustained Assault is also something a requirement due to the lack-luster damage of the axe against Flak and above.
For a serious build, use the Rashad with Brutal Momentum and Headtaker. Run IJ and don't take any crit stuff. I like to go the knife route for the extra talent point and Second Wind. I hope they fix the TAxe.
Also get this mod u'll need it 4 maximum damage output + no carpal tunnel:
