Deimos/Inferno Staff/Brain Burst/Venting Shriek/Warp Siphon. Ranged build with emphasis on Soulblaze (blaze from here on out) and versatility.
Equipped with both blaze weapons and all the blaze talents available, most of the time you will be charging the alt fire on Inferno Staff and burning whole corridors of enemies to ash with a few Warp Siphon stacks.
The most important things to know about Soulblaze mechanics are:
1. Enemies can have max 15 blaze stacks on them, and the stacks decay individually.
2. Blaze damage is EXPONENTIAL meaning more stacks massively increases DPS and can let you melt carapace and even bosses if you have time to apply lots of stacks
3. Inferno Staff applies 1 stack of blaze per hit of the primary fire and per tick of the alt fire, applying 2 stacks on crit for either attack. Crit chance ends up being the build's most important stat
While you want to pick a spot and commit to full charging the staff for max benefit from Blaze Away, you need to be very aware of your positioning. Make sure an ally is between you and any targets, or near enough to intervene, and remember the regular fire of the staff does a lot of stagger and will keep enemies off you as you back dash away. While blasting with alt fire, so long as you are getting crits from hitting enough targets per second you will be immune to ranged fire from Empathic Evasion triggering over and over.
Deimos is versatile as hell with Deflector perk and a consistent moveset, as well as the special attack which does a bit more damage but more importantly electrifies the target, stunning them for about 2 seconds.
Brain Burst is useful at times but definitely not the focus of this build. If there is enough distance I like to open with a BB on whatever special or elite I can see, before swapping to Inferno and charging up alt fire as the enemies close in. Kinetic Flayer means BB can randomly go off on big targets while you are lighting them up with Inferno Staff, which will spread some blaze stacks around and even more if they died with stacks.
Lastly, there are some flex talent points that are up to you in the form of the 3 in the center right side of the tree including Lightning Speed and Souldrinker, as well as Kinetic Resonance next to BB. And the talents I'd consider swapping in are Warp Rider (bottom center), Warp Battery (bottom left), Perilous Combustion (top left), Kinetic Deflection (right of Warp Rider), and Anticipation (directly above Scrier's Gaze). Another potential swap that costs no points is dropping CDR aura for crit chance aura, could be worthwhile I just personally love CDR in any form in any game.
