「Supportive frontliner build」

Melee weapon:

  • Heavy Sword - Any MK, DMG vs Flak & Crit Chance, Headtaker & Rampage. (Weapon special heavy attack for larger targets and stagger)

All 3 marks of the Heavy Sword work fine so personal preferance is fine generally i reccomend MKIX.

Ranged weapon:

  • Infantry Autogun - Any MK, DMG vs Flak & Reload Speed, Deathspitter & Dumdum.
  • Bolt Pistol - MK IV, DMG vs Flak & Reload Speed, Puncture & Lethal Proximity. (Most mansized enemies die in 1 hit after bleed ticks)
  • Heavy Laspistol - Any MK, DMG vs Flak & Crit Chance, Infernus & Dumdum.
  • Infantry Lasgun - Any MK, DMG vs Flak & Crit Chance, Infernus & Headhunter.
  • Quickdraw Syub Revolver - MK IIa, DMG vs Flak & Crit Chance, Point Blank & Crucian Roulette.
  • Recon Lasgun - MK XII, DMG vs Flak & Crit Chance, Infernus & Dumdum.

Most weapons will work in this build but i would reccomend sticking to something focused on Ranged Special killing.

Curios:

  • [Main Stat] Max Health - Generally reccomend sticking to Health as it is your most limited resource.
  • [Sub Stat] Toughness - If using +5% on all Curios its almost the same as having a 4th Curio for Toughness.
  • [Sub Stat] Damage Resistance (Gunners) - Wouldnt reccomend swapping as damage from gunners is going to happen no matter what.
  • [Sub Stat] Toughness Regeneration Speed - While in Coherency your Toughness will regen very quickly.

You can swap your [Main Stat] Max Health for 1 additional Wound(s) for a little safety if you are not fully confident you wont down.
Other notable options if desperate are Damage Resistance (Snipers) so they dont chunk your health if they hit you, Damage Resistance (Bombers) to allow you to pass through gas clouds with less corruption & Revive Speed (Ally) to speed up saving your team.

Talents:

You can take points from Serrated Blade for Get Back In There! if you want more survivability.
You can freely throw your Krak Grenade at Crushers, Bulwarks & Bosses as you have 2 forms of regen.
