This support build is for those who wants to do nothing but cast lightning at foes.
The duelling sword of this build is mainly used for disengaging through dodging and blocking but is very effective against mutants after dodging them. Uncanny and Relentless blessings are for dealing big damage against crushers as a melee alternative to counter them,
otherwise you'll mostly use the Surge Staff.
Smite + Empowered Psionics is very strong at clearing hordes,
so strong it'll even kill weaker elites and specials in one go albeit slower than using Surge Staff.
Empyric Resolve and Battle Meditation are recommended for increasing the length of Smite,
making the use of each stack of Empowered Psionics more efficient and more likely to proc stack(s) in one cast.
