This is a build that destroys monstrosities (including those pesky daemonhosts)

 

While there are certainly other adjustments you can make to make this build do more damage against bosses, you don't want to become a "one trick pony" capable of doing nothing else. This build will allow you to still destroy said monstrosities while also rounding out other aspects to continue letting you excel at every other part of the game

 

melee and curios are personal preference, ranged weapon you want a ranged autogun capable of aiming. Other good options are the bolter or plasma without going into "one trick pony" territory.

 

Field improvisation and Demo team are way to valuable to give up. Demo team allows you to use Krak grenades regularly throughout the mission, otherwise you'll rarely be using them (if you want to save them for monstrosity killing)

 

I had an extra point available so I put it into Leave No One Behind (personal preference)

 

Survivalist takes too many points unfortunately so you'll have to give it up

 

Buffed Daemonhosts on maelstrom games take 5 kraks and a red stim to 100-0

 

btw the video shown is actually slightly worst because I was using a weapon with subpar stats, and I'm too lazy to redo it
