Running Warp Battery allows you to achieve breakpoints that would otherwise be out of reach. Venting Shriek to spread the dots and AOE stagger. This is NOT as effective as a Recon Lasgun/Scrier's Gaze standard psyker build. Any build predicated around flame needs the Inherno staff to truly spread the dots on demand......even a Illisi Blaze Force Sword/Blazing Spirit build doesn't have enough inherent crit to compete.
