Description

A build I used for the Auric titles, havoc-ready. It does sacrifice personal DPS for more utility.......

Melee combat with the combat blade gives you fantastic CD reduction (even more if you run with a Psyker) as you're constantly throwing out critical hits and using backstabs......if you see a large mob of crushers, bulwarks or the like then you pull out the bolter and delete them.......the Chorus is there is bolster your team and buy time in those inevitable "Oh Crap" moments. Blades of Faith are the extra cherry on top as they can one or two-shot a lot of mobs with headshots and don't require you to draw the bolter.

Unremitting isn't absolutely necessary as you could run 1 x +3 Stamina and 2 x +17% toughness curios, which does free up a point. Easy choices there would be a +1 stamina node, +15 toughness, Swift Certainty, Dance of Death, or +5% Melee Damage. I would probably choose +15 toughness if I felt I needed the extra survivability. Indeed, you could run 3 x 17% Toughness, drop Unremitting AND choose +15 toughness!

Tech tip: If you switch to the bolter and throw a blade before the bolter is "ready" then it immediately assumes the firing position and saves you time.
