2 Shots on Primary Critical Hit. 2-5% Ranged Crit Chance.
Gain between 3.5-5% and 14-20% Critical Chance based on current level of peril.
This build is a great all rounder with very high focused(singe target output).. you can either flash cast secondary spam till your hearts content.. or if you know how to rapid cast or combo cast you can do that to great effect. Make sure the rolls on your surge staff or void strike staff are 80peril reduction.. and always on every staff in this game make sure you have quell speed maxed at 80(quell speed is easily the most important and most effective stat on a staff and the difference between 60 and 80 is quite huge compared to how other stats scale).
