Description
Unfortunately, with the removal of Fortitude in Fellowship and Loner, the old Low Toughness build is no longer possible or viable due to all toughness recoveries now working in percentages instead of a flat value.
The build has been reworked to focus more on the Burgle killing aspect of the old build.

A strange build that exploits the slot system to regenerate toughness percentagewise as quickly as possible.
Fortitude in Fellowship and Loner will get you a base of 5.63 toughness every second whether you're alone or in coherency with another player.
With the help of Second Wind , you can still constantly get some toughness back, and with Shroudfield and Invigorating Revelation , you can easily break away from all your engaged slots, recover 40% toughness, and immediately start regenerating coherency toughness.
To ensure your Shroudfield d has maximum uptime, Invocation of Death , Blazing Piety , Righteous Warrior, and as much critical chance you can muster will ensure you're never far away from the next cast of Shroudfield.
