Best build for when you're going charge. Piety syngergizes with scourge, enduring faith, duellist, and IoD. Wrath makes scourge stacks easier. Take Puncture over Inspiring if you want bleed breakpoints and some easier scourge stacks. Shattering + Puncture isn't too bad either but I prefer Pinning.
Heatsink feels great, the uptime on relic blade heat feels nice. Wrath feels more needed when mobian 21st modifier is active though. Martyrdom build can get away with not taking wrath better than IJ or Piety in my experience. You can dump heat management to 60 and bring mobility up to 80 if that's your cup of tea but I'm not too sure I like it.
Bolter too good, i'm incapable of using anything else. Flamer works too though.
