This build is literally the only build I use with Psychic Leeching.. combined with Dome shield/Kinetic Deflection/Deflection. You are so tanky vs ranged it's ridiculous and the consistent buff to the team with mass toughness on groups of ragers/shotgunners etc is incredibly useful. the horde rotation is, melee: sweep, sweep, sweep/2-3 assail/4-5 bolts from staff rinse and repeat.
