This kills elites like crushers at range really fast, the smite lightning queue'd straight into an EP Brain Rupture followed by a heavy sword power attack drop down is very effective combo. The heavy sword has incredibly good horde clear with these blessings to compensate for no smite and Empyric Shock plus Channeled force on a warp flurry surge+surge staff means you have really easy way to gain this buff reliably in any situation. The single target damage in this build is very high. If you want(surge staff charges fast anyways) you could for flurry and go sustained fire as well for even more output when combo casting.
