Description
Just your fairly standard Inferno DPS build for high Havoc with a focus on crits. Can swap Prescience for Seer's Presence if preferred but I don't feel the extra 4s off bubble that big when already running Psykinetic's Aura, so I go for more crit chance. However in making the swap you would get the extra point for Kinetic Deflection, which many would prefer.
3 HP Curios (and Corruption Resist) are not typically what you'd pick for a Psyker build although I feel they really shine in Havoc as the difficulty increases, with the heavy Toughness reduction and lack of grace.
