Combat tips:
Mobility is your main survivability tool! Use slides during channeling to close the distance or break the distance. Launch yourself from boxes and climb windows/railings/boxes to gain advantage.
Be aware of your surroundings! Good positioning will raise your DPS and boost survivability at the same time. Learn enemies spawn points and drop points, so they wont catch you off guard.
Do NOT spam M1 with Rifthaven Mk II Inferno Force Staff while playing this build, it will decrease your DPS dramatically. You only want to do that in selected amount of cases:
- Push Poxburster away
- Interrupt Flamers from shooting
- Interrupt Reaper from shooting
- Stagger Scab Trapper and prevent netting
- Interrupt attacking Ragers
There are two main things which we will do with this weapon. Quick casts and Long casts.
- Quick cast provide a lot of additional control vs mixed hordes and will keep Blaze Away always up. We are not very limited in movement by doing them.
- Long cast will net more DPS, but we are very limited in mobility while channeling, plus we are losing a big portion of control too. Do them only when you are in a nice choke point.
Drag your casts horizontally while channeling! Doing this will provide more coverage and control.
