A generalist build with good options to support your team in various ways.

 

Pros:

  • Has answers for all threats; no significant gaps in build.
  • High defense between active abilities, Peril synergies, and critical synergies.
  • Easy Peril management.

 

Cons:

  • Low boss damage.
  • Can be ammo-hungry.

 

Playstyle:

 

Your Bolt Pistol and Dueling Sword will be your main weapons.  The Bolt Pistol is especially suited to sniping ranged enemies and Specials, while the Dueling Sword excels at close priority targets.  Smite is used mostly for large or mixed hordes, giving your teammates breathing room.  Telekine Shield will block enemy projectiles, but can also be used as a Toughness battery if needed.

 

Flex Talents:

 

Puppet Master, Solidity, and True Aim can be swapped out for other talents to better suit your individual playstyle.  Also, you can drop Empowered Psionics for Disrupt Destiny if you choose.  This change will relegate your Smite to crowd-control only, but give a considerable boost to your Dueling Sword and Bolter.
