Description
It's a pretty standard havoc 40 veteran build.
DO NOT use this build for the pus-hardened modifier.
If pus-hardened:
- switch to Recon with Infernus + Dumdum and 5% crit chance.
- exchange Always Prepared with Shock Trooper
Melee:
Recommendations:
- Rashad: Slower movement speed but good horde clear
- DS4: Fast movement speed, better elite damage, but poor horde clear, especially for Moebian 21st
Ranged:
Plasma gun stats (69 thermal res, 71 charge rate) allow you to fire 8 shots in succession without overheating. Alternatively, either 60 charge rate or 60 thermal res also work.
Talents:
Stamina Regeneration Boost (0.75s instead of 1s stamina regen delay) is very nice to have (both Rashad and DS4 use a lot of push attacks) but not mandatory. Close Quarter Killzone (or Marksman) gives the 1 shot headshot breakpoint against Moebian 21st to Rashad. You could also take a grenade talent (twinned blast, field improv) or increase your survivability instead (close order drill, on your toes).
Always prepared is also not required, but it can be a big quality of life improvement by cutting down the time spent reloading and can make a difference in killing additional priority targets before having to reload.
