This is the build I used to complete "Be Methodical" and every other Executioners Stance penance. This build isn't the best in terms of all-around combat, but it can help a team drastically- especially in pubs where you will be babysitting your teammates and making sure they dont get gunned down by a random dreg.

Using this build, you will take on the role of the backline support, taking down any ranged grunt, specialist, and elite that doesn't wear carapace armor, with little concern as to how much ammo you are expending.

Depending on your skill, it can allow for practically infinite uptime on your ultimate. For me, the skill is always recharged before the effect ends.

This build is also good on missions with open areas, or special conditions that make it hard to see, since you and your allies can see enemy outlines in the dark and far away.

The melee weapon can be swapped out for your choice, but I like the chain axe because it makes quick work of Crushers, Berserkers, and most other enemies that the rifle struggles with. (If you are wondering about the blessings, its because it lets you oneshot most enemies if you hit them on the head.)

You might want to replace it with something that is good against hordes, but its just personal preference for me.

This build struggles against Ogryns and monsters, especially crushers, since it doesn't use any anti-ogryn perks. You can change that if you want to. The nice thing about this build is that it can be easily modified for whatever you need to kill the most of. You can also switch Focus Target and Marksman's Focus. (Marksman's focus is good for this build, but I hate it so I dont use it.)

I also recommend setting up curios to make up for health/toughness weaknesses.
