Talent Tree
Description
This assail build is fairly decent for toughness regen and survivability, and having a constant source of crits and Empowered Psionics from Assail can fuel Empathetic Evasion. The crit farming also makes soulblaze insane cus of Perfect Timing. Overall, play well and you'll find this build fairly fun.
