45-60% Finesse Damage for 2s on successful Dodge.
12-24% Rending on Enemy Weak Spot Hit for 3.5s. Stacks 5 times.
30-60% Rending on Critical Hit.
18-30% Toughness on Elite Kill.
I prefer the +5% ranged damage aura cus well, its free damage. In difficulties where ammo isnt like water in a desert, i find it more fun. Covering Fire is good team support, because if your firing into an elite crowd while a teammate is nearby you both remove some risk for them and boost their damage and toughness for a lil bit. For The Emperor! is underrated imo, your team is gonna be nearby you when you use shout so having more damage to swipe at staggered enemies is helpful (this and i dont feel the effects of the other 2 as heavily, swap if ya want though). Aside from these things and the revolver, i think its a fairly standard veteran build.
Rending Strikes is mid.
Surgical when you have weapon specialist is redundant. 3 stacks of ranged specialist gives you basically a guaranteed crit, and it's more valuable to use that blessing spot on either more damage (sustained fire) or more survivability (gloryhunter).
Feel free too remove either field improvisation or demolition stockpile and put the point somewhere else yet I just like having both, more ammo is good if you want that ig.
